The Kraft Paper Composite Reflective Film is a three-layer material combining aluminium film, polyethylene, and kraft paper. With a mass per unit area of approximately 100 g/m², this composite offers a lightweight yet durable structure suitable for building envelope applications. Tensile strength is specified at MD 100±40 N/50mm and CD 80±40 N/50mm, with elongation values of 20±20 N/50mm in both directions. Resistance to tearing (nail shank) is rated at MD 30 +20 N and CD 30 +20 N, providing defined puncture resistance. The film achieves a solar reflectance greater than 90%, contributing to radiative heat reduction. Water penetration resistance is classified as W1, and the product is available in standard dimensions of 1.5 x 50 m, with custom sizing and color options upon request.
